Beach and Pier

The big plus with the location of Puck are its kid friendly beaches flat with warmer water and not so much wind and waves. All infrastructure close by makes it the ideal beach for young families.

Who has ever pushed a baby carriage several kilometers through the sand with no toilets and no restaurants around knows the advantage of the Puck beaches. The bay front has two harbors one for yachting the other more for transport and fishing reasons. You will find one large pier with a funny restaurant on top with nice panorama views and a second upper pier with yet another restaurant at the end. The fishermen harbor is the old city harbor from medieval times it was also the location of the pirate fleet of the old Republic which locals romantically like to call the caper fleet of the Republic.

The sailing and surfing schools you will find in the harbor. The E-bikes for rent are also available on
a docking station next the the harbor close to the sailing school. The bike net is well laid out it spans all around the bay and through the inner forests and natural parks. The net is well laid out with signs along the way.
